HOW TO HAVE YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND PRODUCE INFINITE RICHES
You are surrounded by Infinite Riches, constantly…it is infinite!
You have the ability to live your life with abundance, joy, and boundless love. This
power is found within your own Subconscious Mind! You can bring more happiness,
joy, and wealth into your life by learning to work with the power of your subconscious
mind. You need to learn how to understand and use it, in order to access all the
areas of your life. The capability of your subconscious mind is beyond awesome!
Your subconscious mind creates everything in your life based on the messages and information that you send to it. You may not be aware that you are constantly
sending messages and information to your subconscious mind and 90% of those
messages are useless or are working against you.
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
Napoleon Hill
This principle is that whatever your mind can imagine…it can create….so, how does
your mind do this? What your mind sees, thinks, believes, and feels is all sent to your
subconscious mind. Your mind then works with the universe and creates your own
reality based on the messages that you planted in your mind; however, there is work
to be done…
First, you may be wondering, what’s so great about the subconscious mind power? If
you have this doubt, I ask you…Do you know what Brian Tracy, Robert Kiyosaki and
Tony Robbins all have in common?
….They all have harnessed the energy of their subconscious mind power.
What do I mean by conscious and subconscious minds? The part of your brain
that you are aware of is your conscious mind and the part of your mind you are unaware
of is your subconscious mind.
The Universal Intelligence within your subconscious mind has the ability to reveal
to you, all that you need to know at any moment; as long as you are open to receive this
mindmap. It is a universal truth that whatever seed(s) that you plant in your
subconscious mind will be the harvest that you reap. Your subconscious mind works
with your belief system. The belief of your mind is the thought that is in your mind.
Know, that all your life experiences and reactions are implanted within your
subconscious mind and thoughts; this belief will bring about your life’s outcome.
It is so essential to be aware of planting happy, healthy, and abundant thoughts
into your subconscious mind throughout your day. Never use terms such as, “I can’t”
as, your subconscious mind, takes you at your word! You will become consciously aware of being in touch with the universal, omnipotent law which does govern your world.
“We cannot see things that stare us in the face
until the hour comes that the mind is ripened.”
Ralph Waldo Emerson
So, what are your goals in life? If you really know your goals, you are already halfway
there! You do not need to worry about the “How” because the how will be attracted
to you through the use of your subconscious mind power.
As Brian Tracy, said, “Once the goals are programmed into the subconscious mind,
it will take a power of its own to achieve the goals automatically.”
How to Program Your Goals into Your Subconscious
1. Create a Dream Board
Paste it at a place where you can see it every day.
Keep in mind what Earl Nightingale said, “The mind moves in the direction of our
currently dominant thoughts.”
2. Write Your Goals Down Every Night Just Before You Sleep.
Each night before bed, write down your top 3 goals, 20 times each and then,
continue to repeat your goals in your mind until you fall asleep.
The reason for this exercise is to dominate your mind with your goals while
your subconscious mind is the most active. (alpha brain wave.)
Know that one of the simplest and most effective ways to communicate with your
subconscious mind is through dreaming. When you are asleep, your subconscious
mind is freely wandering through the events of your day…without any distraction
from your conscious mind. So, this is the “Why reason” for making your subconscious
mind work for you, by talking to it before bed …..on a consistent basis.
3. Start with a simple request to your subconscious mind…”I want to get up at 6 am in the morning.” Now, before going to sleep, you state..”I want to get up at 6 am in the morning.” Set your alarm at 5 minutes after 6 am; so, that you won’t be anxious with oversleeping. Also, use visualization. Picture your alarm clock ringing at the time that you selected. ….then, imagine your alarm clock reaching out and shaking you awake! You see yourself looking at the clock and it is 6 am and you see yourself getting up and preparing for your day, with exactly what you are going to be wearing etc. etc. Think about what it feels like and engage all your senses…what do you see, smell, hear, taste during this time? This will become easier the more that you do this routine. Be aware of how satisfied that you are for having followed through with your new plan! Give yourself a hug!
Remember to repeat this message to yourself every night. “I want to get up at 6 am in the morning,” and then head off to sleep. Remember, that it does take time; possibly up to a month or less for this to become a definite part of your new regime.
4. Other ways that you can use this technique for changes in your life are…as an
example,… if you have to make a decision, think about the problem before going
to bed. At that time, imagine the different possibilities and outcomes. Again
using all your senses as you specifically go through each one to complete an
individual picture of the process and final result of that decision. Tell your subconscious, “I want to know whether I should……………” You may have your answer by morning.
5. Your subconscious mind also has the ability to help with your self-confidence
and self-esteem. Again, before bed, you can tell yourself, “ I am a good person and deserve love and everything that is great in the world!” As you snuggle into bed, think of all the ways that you exemplify qualities of a good person and what kinds of things that a good person is worthy of receiving. See yourself receiving all these good and special things! What a happy way to fall asleep!
6. Another very excellent way that your subconscious mind can help you is….with
your BLOGS! Often, you can become bogged down and have no idea what to write about. Does this sound familiar?! If you have a list of possible topics; read it over several times and then just let it be. When you are ready to begin your blog, go back to your list and magically the topic will jump out at you… because you were ready to receive!
“It is a psychological law that whatever we desire
to accomplish we must impress upon the subjective or subconscious mind.”
Orison Swett Marden
